Internet weg nach Wechsel zu MagentaEINS Plus M

Guten Morgen,

 

Ich habe gestern den Wechsel zu MagentaEINS Plus M gewagt und musste feststellen, dass mein Festnetz nach ca. 10min. komplett Tod war. 
Von der Telekom aus hieß es, dass der Wechsel sofort von statten geht, nun versorge ich 4 Geräte mit HotSpot da zum Glück mein Mobilfunk schon auf unlimited läuft.
Kann ich mit einer Freischaltung heute (09.04.) rechnen oder brauch ich und meine Familie noch geguld?

    • Was steht im Kundencenter unter dem Auftragsstatus?

    Ok, nun steht da 13.04. 
    Schade, dass beim Wechsel das Festnetz komplett gekappt wird.

    Edit: Internet (alte 50k) scheint wieder da zu sein.

    ich habe gerade versucht dich zu erreichen, leider erfolglos.
    Hast du weiterhin Probleme mit dem Festnetz?

    Nein, derzeit läuft das Internet wieder problemlos. 

    Meine Fritzbox zeigt mit 59k an also wird es noch die alte MagentaZuhause M sein.

    alles klar, danke für die Rückmeldung. Sollte es zu weiteren Komplikationen kommen, bevor du komplett zu MagentaEINSPlus gewechselt bist, kannst du dich gerne wieder melden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
