Hello everyone, 

 

When it comes to network technology, I'm a complete layman. I use the Speedport W724V.

As soon as I connect to the VPN for work , it works for a few minutes and then the internet breaks down in my entire home network. The devices are still connected to my router, but I no longer have access to the internet. As soon as I disconnect the VPN , the internet works again immediately. 

I read in another post that it could be due to the IP address range, so I changed it from 192.168.50.1 to 192.168.100.1. Unfortunately, the error still exists. Since the Internet is completely down, it is likely that it is a configuration problem in my router. 

If anyone has any idea what the problem might be, I would be grateful for any input.
