If your German is good enough you might want to read it. There has not been a solution yet. The Telekom Team was asked for support. I will bring this thread to their attention now.

After only 2 days of working, my internet is lost again from last Saturday. There is no internet till now. Could Telekom send someone to check it soon? Because i am only available till this Wednesday, then i will have a vacation.
