Kabel fehler e1

Hello! I returned from vacation on 18th December. Have no internet since then. The speedport says Kabel Fehler e1. Reattached the cables but it's of no use. Have raised a fault but it's Christmas. Worried I would not have internet access for a long time. My German is not good enough to communicate with the hotline service. My building had some work done and Telekom did put out information regarding it. But I was away and could not do anything. Please help me out here.

    Thanks for the pleasant call @SKaran.

    As discussed, a technician will come tomorrow 21.12.2023 between 11am and 3pm.

    I will keep my fingers crossed that everything will work afterward.
