Kein Internet seit über 60 Minuten, immer wieder Unterbrechungen des Internet

seit dem 3.12. Sind wir Neukunde und leider sehr enttäuscht. 

Von Anfang an wurde das  Internet immer wieder für 3 bis 5 Minuten ohne ersichtlichen Grund unterbrochen.

Heute nun seit über einer Stunde kein Internet und somit kein TV. 

Wir haben alles bereits zig Mal runter- und wieder hochgefahren, resetet und ja, alle Geräte haben Strom und sind angeschaltet.

    Herzlich willkommen @Hirte18,

    bitte entschuldige die Startschwierigkeiten, damit du bald reibungslos unterwegs bist wurde ja nun ein Router Tausch in die Wege geleitet.

    Deinen Anschluss habe ich eben synchron gemessen, du solltest also online sein Zwinkernd

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
