Kontakt zur Telekom für FTTH

Hallo liebe Telekom Community, 

ich hoffe das mir jemand bei dem folgenden Problem weiterhelfen kann und evtl einen Ansprechpartner vermitteln kann.  

Wir leben auf einem Aussiedlerhof 1km von einem Dorf entfernt.

Das Dorf wurde in 2021 zum Teil mit Glasfaser der Telekom erschlossen.

2022 wird eine Hochdruck Leitung für Abwasser von uns bis in das Dorf verlegt. 

Der Entsorgungsbetrieb legt uns als Ausgleich für eine Dienstbarkeit ein Leerohr nach Wahl für Speedpipes von der Einfahrt bis zu einem individuellen Übergabe Punkt im Dorf.

Dies übrigens auch unserem Nachbarn. 

 

Ich habe über MBfm ein Angebot angefragt und alles mit Plänen und Abtretung der Dienstbarkeit für das Leerohr an die Telekom eingereicht.

 

Als Antwort bekam ich eine automatisch generierte Mail mit der Info:

 

Wir haben bereits eine grobe Vor-Prüfung veranlasst.

 

Die Prüfung hat ergeben, dass sich das Angebot in Ihrem Fall auf eine Zuzahlungshöhe von mehr als 123.500 € belaufen wird.

 

Anscheinend hat sich niemand meine eingereichten Unterlagen angeschaut und dort nachlesen können das auf die gesamte Strecke von 1km keine Tiefbau Arbeiten zu erledigen sind.

 

Kennt jemand einen direkten Ansprechpartner von dem  MBfm Team oder Projektleiter zur Realisierung von FTTH Projekten?

    @lang.georg Ich glaube auch das ein persönlicher Kontakt da hilfreich sein wird. Ich habe die eine private Nachricht geschickt. Dann gebe ich das gerne an meine Kollegen weiter.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
