Lieferzeit vertragsverlängerung

Hallo!

 

Ich wollte meinen Vertrag verlängern, allerdings beträgt die angegeben Lieferzeit für das Telefon (iP13) dann 6-7 Wochen  als Bestandskunde, der in einen anderen Tarif wechselt. Als Neukunde (habe das zum Spaß mal eingegeben) sind  es nur 4-5 Tage!  Und bei einer Vertragsverlängerung mit beibehalten meines alten Vertrages sind es auch nur 4-5 Tage. Muss ich das verstehen?

    Hallo @koeglflorian 

    Es wird sich irgendwo um einen Anzeigefehler handeln.

    Aber wenn z.B keine iPhone auf Lager sind ist die Anzeige eh was für die Tonne.

    Aktuell haben Apple und Samsung Lieferprobleme. 

    Das kommt da schon echt einem Lottospiel gleich, ob und wann man was bekommt.

    Hallo,

    Noch ein Tipp. Hast Du in der Nähe einen Telekom laden ? Wenn ja, gehe doch dort einfach mal vorbei und frage, ob Sie Dein Wunsch Gerät zufällig vor Ort haben. Das hatte ich letztes Jahr im Dezember auch gemacht und konnte dann das Iphone 13 direkt mit nach Hause nehmen.

    Mit etwas Glück kann das ja bei Dir auch passieren.
