Low speed in MagentaZuhause M

Hello,

the connection was activated on 29th of April. I am only getting around 10Mbps speed. I checked with two routers. I am attaching screenshots from Fritzbox web interface. I tried to contact the helpline, unfortunately there is no English contact number, so I am asking here. Please let me know how can I resolve the problem. Thanks.

      Hi Kanak @user_245f04,

       

      thank you for the pleasant call. There seems to be an issue with the in-house cable. If booked a technician for Monday 12th May 08:00-12:00 to check where exactly the issue lies.
