I have 2 questions:

1. I moved to a new house and they already have a Magenta Zuhause M connection (Young people plan). But it is expiring in a few weeks. The contract is in the name of a roomate who left the apartment. We would like to get the same connection again but now in my name. We already have the router. How do we order this tariff without renting/buying a new router from you?

2. How do I contact the customer support in English?
