Mistake or trap by telekom staff

Dear telekom team.
I started my landline Internet contract with telekom in 01.05.2018 with Kundenservice leiter mr. Ralf Hoßbach with the charge of 39€ per month for 1 year and then 55€ per month for next 1 year but they charged 64€/month with extra bla bla charge. And minimum contract period is for 24 month. And i wanted to terminate this contract coz i still have 5 month early time to terminate tbe contract. Now they said that i cant terminate my contract before 01.04.2021? Seriously? They extended my contract without letting me know. How's it possible extended automatically and do you guys think i wi pay 64.90€ for next 18 months? Omg why so carelesd? Its not 20 euro its 64 euro per months man. Please except my cancellation asap as my contract stated fir 24 montns (01.05.2018 - 30.04.2020) not 2021 sirs.

Sorry to forget to write my customer number xxxx thats Auftrag nr xxxx. Whoever extended my contract without letting me know is very careless staff. And i did that contract from media markt altona hamburg. I want to cancel my contract on 30.04.2020 please. Otherwise i have to call my lawyer for your careless.

here is again the information.
1) May 2018, you completed a magenta home M with TV plus.
2) April 2019 the tariff was changed from M with TV Plus to L with TV Plus.
The contract term has been extended by 24 months this year. Therefore, the contract can only be terminated in 2021.
You got the confirmation about this.

in april. If you can help please help me. I just want to talk to that genious guy. If you know that staff name please let me know. If you think that staff did right then let me know his/her name. Atleast you can help with this. If you want to keep it secret i don't have to say anything. Thank you for your help

Thank you for showing concerns. But i am not pleasing to write same comment again and again. One of your colleague called me today and he already said that sorry and he can not help me. I did my contract with telekom on 16.05.2018 for 24 month. And i went to telekom shop for cancellation my contract and they said they cannot cancel my contract till 2021? But hows comes 2021? And your colleague who called me today said that one the staff had extended my contract without even my signature? Omg people can extend whenever they want even without signature? And he said he is feeling sorry for me because i have to pay 65euro per month till may 2021? He is just feeling sorry. And his sorry won't pay me 65 euro back guys? Wake up. Your sorry doesn't work for me coz i have to pay 65 euro per month which is big money.

Hi khaled.
Yes you apologised buy that doesn't work. I know its not your mistake i totally understand you. Buy thats mistake from telekom staff. One of the staff makes mistake and other said sorry our colleague did mistake and i can't help you. Seriously is it telekom policy how you trap people without even sign it in paper? Its like ok you trap customer and other staffs will say sorry we cannot help you. The answer didn't help me at all? You guys have to cancel it by 2020 not 2021. If you guys can't help don't try to call to say sorry. Your sorry doesn't pay my 65euro per month for 2years. I know you can't do anything coz you already said sorry.
