Scammed by Telekom Agents

On 14.04.2022 , I was not at home but my wife had a visit from two gentlemen who claimed they were investigating internet distruptions in the Mülheim area. After their supposed investigations, they asked my wife to sign to indicate they are done with the inspection so so my wife signed. They then asked my wife for n envelope with a name on it. My wife hands them an envelope with my name on it. 

 

Fast forward i got a letter dated 03.09.2022 indicating a techinician will be at my house and a bill for magentaZuhaus L - MagentaTVSmart. My first thought was this might be a mistake because i have not signed any contract with Telekom . I try to reach the telekom hotline but to no avail. 

 

On 22.11.2022,  I received a package and became alarmed and tried the Telekom hotline and got through this time . The agent I spoked with  told me they even have my bank details so I asked which bank was in my name and he mentions a bank i have never opened an account with. The agent then suggested i go to a Telekom shop which I did and they suggested I write a withdrawal letter but i told them I do not have a valid contract to begin with because I have not signed any document with anyone.  They couldnt help me any further so i did write the letter to widerruff@telekom.de on 22.11.2022.  

 

So what these agents did was get my wife's signature , use my name and concort an iban just to get a customer?  Dear Telekom can anyone help resolve my issue ?
