I was falsely scammed into a Telekom contract / Ich wurde fälschlicherweise in einen Telekom-Vertrag gelockt.

On 13.06.2024, two people came to my house and tricked me into signing a Telekom contract by pretending it was for an update of a glass fiber connection in the house and assuring me that I wasn't making any contracts. They also took my personal and bank information, claiming it was for SCHUFA background checks. After that, I received a phone call saying that I had made a contract, and I received the contract by email at the same time.

@telekomsupport, could you please help me and contact me? I want to cancel the contract. I also sent an email to widerruf@telekom.de but haven't received a reply



Am 13.06.2024 kamen zwei Personen zu mir nach Hause und brachten mich dazu, einen Telekom-Vertrag zu unterschreiben, indem sie vorgaben, es handele sich um ein Update für einen Glasfaseranschluss im Haus und dass ich keine Verträge abschließen würde. Sie nahmen auch meine persönlichen Daten und Bankinformationen auf, indem sie sagten, es sei für SCHUFA-Hintergrundprüfungen. Danach erhielt ich einen Anruf, dass ich einen Vertrag abgeschlossen habe, und erhielt den Vertrag gleichzeitig per E-Mail.

@telekomsupport, könnten Sie mir bitte helfen und mich kontaktieren? Ich möchte den Vertrag kündigen. Ich habe auch eine E-Mail an widerruf@telekom.de gesendet, aber keine Antwort erhalten.

    Have you already received an order confirmation?
    Because you can only revoke the contract after receipt of this.

    yes, but i have only an order number and other docs from Telekom, it has no kundennummer

    thank you for the call. So to summarize it: Right now I cannot see any contract in our main system. 

    It may be, that your order was already cancelled because you wrote at "widerruf@telekom.de" or it may be that a proper confirmation of order (Auftragsbestätigung) has yet to come. But I can say, that right now I am not able to find anything with the data you provided. I just wrote an e-mail that may cancel the contract, too, but because I cannot see the details of the contract right now, it is important, that you keep an eye on it. 😌

    But you can write me anytime, if anything happens, or you get further questions. Maybe even in a couple of days to just look at the system again.

    I tried to call you again but was not successful. Anyway: A call from my "manager or a higher specialist" is not possible right now. And it would not change anything about the answer (because I still cannot find you in the main system).

    Furthermore, the complaint was already done by me with the E-Mail I have mentioned.

    I will gladly call you again if you have further questions or more complains, just give me a timeframe. Fröhlich
