We were falsely added into telekom contract by a scammer

Sorry for writing in English.

On 21st March 2022 one of the Telekom sales person came to our house propsed an offer for Telekom. My wife who was alone at home refused but he  insisted and said to just hear the offer. After explaining the offer he asked for my wife's signature and the IBAN as well claiming that it was just for verification.
On refusing he assured that it was only for verification and nothing else and no contract will be started. HE also said that after 2 weeks we will get a letter for approval.
Only after we sign that , the contract with telekom will start else nothing changes and we remain with Vodafone.
Little did we know that he had already taken signature and started our contact with telekom.

When we received the documents from telekom after 2 weeks we did not sign and send anything back. As we wanted to continue with vodafone.
But still we received the device on 02.05.2022.
After we received the device we visited the telekom shop and came to know that without our notice the guy already started the contract without our approval the contract  and gave false information. The telekom shop team also mentioned that the telekom person had scammed us.
The telekom person never mentioned that our contract had started and if we do not want we need to inform the telekom team within 14 days.

We emailed the telekom customer service on April 24, 2022 to cancel the contract but we have not received any reply.
We also called the hotline, they say that they have canceled our contract and to return the device, but we have no confirmation via email or post. 

Request you to please look into this as soon as possible and help us with the cancellation.
Also let us know the process to return the device.

We also received a message saying that a Telekom Technician will come to our house on May 16, 2022.
We request you to kindly not send him as we wish to continue to vodafone and do not need any interruptions with the internet.

 

I can share my customer number, contact number and details of the fraud person who came. Please help me with this matter.

    As we have just discussed, I have canceled the fiber optic order. You should receive confirmation of this by e-mail soon.
