On 2024.12.09, there was a representative from Telekom at my apartment stating that they were going to convert all buildings in the neighborhood to a fiber optic network, and we needed to provide our consent. I wasn't at home and mine was only there. The agent got her signed a document on his tablet with the IBAN and I hope the guy misleads her giving some false information. She is only 5 months here and doesn't understand these things. I read the forum and found that, it would be a scamming activity from those agents and many people has been trapped into similar things. We still didn't get any letters regarding the thing that guy did and I am confused with this. 

I would like to get away from this fraud and can you please inform me the steps I should follow.
