When moving abroad you  can cancel  your  mobile  contract three months to the end of the month.

Additionally, I would be interested to see if I can move my contract to Greece as it should be cheaper per month (rates are much cheaper than Germany, overall). I saw that OTE group is in fact owned by Telekom. Could you please advise if this would be possible?

I guess that the answer will be "no". Too complicated to manage that...

But better s.b. from Telekom to answer that question.

As @Woochdou you have the possibility to cancel your current contract because of moving to Greece.

Moreover @muc80337_2 gave you the correct answer according to your wish moving your German mobile number to Greek Cosmote.
This moving, even if your searches are right, is not possible.
There are multiple reason why not, but the most central point is:
It's way much to complicate to manage this not to mention the international circumstances.

So my advice at this point is:
Please cancel your current contract in Germany because there will be problems using it all the time in Greece if it's still going on.
