Fraudulent missrepresentation of Telekom services to renew a contract

dear Telekom,
You sold my wife a new glassfaser contract that was advertised as faster and cheeper than the ending contract we had with you. I received the bill, it's now 10€ more expensive.
Also, I realised this morning checking the bills that I pay since more than a year the cost of two speedport, glasfaser speedport + S3 smarthome packet speedport.
On top of this I see you offer 100€ discount to new client taking the same contract we took, when you ask me, a 9 years old customer to pay full tarif from day one.
Your sales policy is strange. I feel you scammed me.
How to solve this mess now ?

What was the exact name of the old contract, what is the exact name of the new contract?
You should have bee informed about prices and features in advance ("Auftragsbestätigung")
Devices not used any more can easily be returned.

Was wurde denn genau mit deiner Frau besprochen?
Was war bisher Vertragsinhalt und was ist es jetzt?
Wenn Mietgeräte nicht mehr benötigt werden können diese ganz einfach Online gekündigt und dann zurückgesendet werden, dann muss dafür auch nicht mehr bezahlt werden.

How to solve this mess now ?
It's not unusual for a new customer to receive a bonus on their FIRST contract. That was - I'm shure - the same for you nine years ago.
Furthermore, comparable rates for fiber optic are cheaper than for DSL. Of course, if you choose a faster rate than before, this no longer applies. In this case, it's likely that not only a switch to fiber optic was booked, but also a tariff upgrade.
A Magenta L DSL costs 47,95€ - the corresponding Glasfaser 150 costs 44,95€
If you had a Magenta M prevously this was at 42,95€
