So... this is a complicated situation that escalated with time. Will try to explain it the better i can in english, because my german is not that good (was even worse 2 years ago when i got Scamed, or at least thats how i feel now).

It started 2 Years ago, early 2024 I had a home visit from Telekom trying to convince me to change my internet with them. At that moment i saw what they offered me and it was interesting to give it at least a try for the 2 years contract and see if it was better or not as my actual provider (O2).

I made clear that i was not sure if we could do the change because i just had my contract with o2 renewed like last month. The guy told me that it was ok and not problem at all, that they will try it and find if it was possible or not. 

Obviously o2 said no, blablabla and i got the message that it was not possible and i had to stay with o2. I tought, ok not a big deal, probably not a big difference.

About 2 years later (in february my o2 contract was about to end/renew) i became some emails about "We are glad that u want to change to telekom, blablabla". That was end 2025, i was on my Christmas holidays, gave a call to telekom and it was supossed to be everything allright, maybe an error email or something).

Well, surprise... it wasn't, in February 2026 by surprise my o2 internet contract was cancelled and moved to Telekom (only internet, no phone, which would make no sense for me to have internet and phone with different companies). At this moment i felt totally scammed, is not the thing on being with company X or company Y (i dont really have a favourite company) but it felt like a "betrayal", i felt totally deceived and i didnt want NOW to be with telekom.

So is started moving and asking. By phone on the customer service someone told me not to worry as he/she (dont remember exactly) could send a "Widerruf" and cancel everything as it was recent. I obviously accepted and thought everything on Telekom side was ok, so i needed back some internet and went back to o2 where they did me a new internet contract to keep everything as it was before.

Well, Telekom widerruf never came. I mean, there a re a lot of things involved, I (as 99%) of people, have to work, have to do many things in their lives and got no 24/7 of my time to use on calling and fighting a internet company, so i did what i could. Sometimes at telephone they told me that i should have widerruft 2 years before, others told me that in november i should have received notifications and i should have done it there and on the shop they told me that they were very sorry, that it was fault from the people that 2 years ago came to my home and did the contract (in other words that they lied/scammed to me).

And here i am now... using my intenert and phone with o2. And about to start receiving in any moment Bills from an internet connection im not using (also i cant as im alrdy with o2 so..).

Kinda desperate, im not gonna pay 2 internet companies for the same and dont know what else to do as my german is kinda limited to my work ambit, so is not easy for me to clarify or find a solution. I was thinking to go back to my Country next year (Spain), but im so damn burnt with the situation that i have been even thinking on doing the Abmeldung here and go back to my country earlier to avoid this situation (Theoretically if u move out from Germany, interent contracts can be cancelled).

I mean, i dont even have any physical contract or paper from Telekom, the first times i called to the customer help i had to ask what supposedly had on my contract (Only internet).
