Moving number to different provider

Hello,

 

I have asked to have my number moved to another provider but it does not seem to have happened. 

I tried to call Telekom but could not get someone that speaks english on the line. 

Can you please help?

    Just to be sure, since you're posting in the landline section, you're referring to a fixed line connection, isn't it? This usually goes with changing the whole connection so I am wondering what did you want to do exactly and what was the feedback/error you got?
