Hello, I will like to port my number at the end of the month to a different mobile network, I cannot possibly call as I do not speak English , please let me know if this is possible. Many thanks

I'd really like to help you with your issue.
If you want to take your mobile number to another provider, there are three possible ways:
At the end of your contract term:
You do not have to do anything on our side of the contract. Just inform your future provider that you want to take your number with you.
Porting as fast as possible and porting on a preferred date:
In this case, it is necessary to administrate an Opt-In on our side. For this, we need to talk by phone for legitimation. (We can also do this in English. 😉)
In case of using a prepaid plan:
Please mention your wish with your cancellation form that you can find here.
