A technician tried to connect service at a new address but could not find the connection. The technician opened a "fault report" yesterday, stating that the connection must be restored. The landlord has now spoken to Telekom, and he received confirmation that the connection is available. To be on the safe side, the Telekom employee said that I should also open a fault report using the 0800 number, but I only speak english. How can I connect with the english speaking team?
