Hi, I want a cancellation from Telekom by 1st August because I have to take a new contract on new address. The new address does not have 250 mbps available as I checked on Telekom website. My current connection is 250mbps with glass fiber. But new connection only has cable. I will have to get vodafone in that case. But I need a quick answer if Telekom can provide this, despite showing something else on their website, so that I don’t spend a month without internet. Otherwise I would have to cancel. Do I have to call or does email work? I speak B1 German. Can Telekom have someone call me back with English instead?
