Need assistance to cancel contract

Hello, unfortunately, I can only speak English. I currently have a contract through Telekom for TV & Internet. I'm having to leave the country prematurely due to family circumstances on 26 September. I can provide proof of the move if needed. I need assistance on how to proceed with canceling the services. Thank you in advance for any assistance provided.

If you leave Germany you are entitled to cancel your Telekom contract with a six days notice period. It is important to know that you need some evidence that you actuall leave the country, like e.g. certification of deregistration from your German home residence.
As @zimso already replied you can easily cancel the contract online and submit the required certs.
