Need help in English with DSL Contract signed in store

I recently moved to a new place and wanted to get wifi and found a Telekom clerk at Saturn and signed a DSL contract over there after being told that if I changed my mind I have 2 weeks to cancel.  I have yet to receive the router or have the wifi setup and wanted to cancel and when I want back I was told I could not cancel as it was signed in store. The person mentioned I could try contacting support, but they need my customer number which isn't on the invoice I got and haven't recieved anything in the mail. What can I do now? Thanks in advance.
