I recently moved to a new place and wanted to get wifi and found a Telekom clerk at Saturn and signed a DSL contract over there after being told that if I changed my mind I have 2 weeks to cancel. I have yet to receive the router or have the wifi setup and wanted to cancel and when I want back I was told I could not cancel as it was signed in store. The person mentioned I could try contacting support, but they need my customer number which isn't on the invoice I got and haven't recieved anything in the mail. What can I do now? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately contracts signed stationary e.g. at Saturn do not have the right to withdraw, this is only by phone, internet or at your door. An exception would be if you received a document granting you the right or having a witness present otherwise you might not be able to prove this.
