Neuer Kunde. Am 18. August wurde ich mit dem Internet verbunden, aber es funktioniert immer noch nicht.

18.08.2023: Установили оптоволоконный модем, но ничего не заработало. «Индикатор состояния» модема имеет желтый цвет.
29.08.2023: Теперь связь с квартирой установлена, «индикатор состояния» модема уже не мигает желтым, а зеленым цветом.
04.08.2023: Интернет по-прежнему не работает.

 

Я просто хочу знать, как проходит мое соединение.

      @muller_73 und? Was passiert nun? Du darfst ruhig mehr erzählen.

      Dass Du bereit eine Störung gemeldet hattest, hattest Du auch nicht erwähnt.

      Just for your information... Today I received the following message from Telekom:

      "Ich Sehe das der Termin auf den 31.10.2023 verschoben wurde. Wir haben die Möglichkeit ihnen einen sogenannten Schnellstart Router zu Verfügung zu stellen damit Sie übergangsweise das Internet per LTE Empfangen können. Sie können das Gerät im T-Shop Abholen müssen uns nur  einmal bescheid geben das Sie das machen möchten das wir im System das Hinterlegen können. Der Router Kostet einmalig 1 €"

      As discussed, the fiber order has been cancelled due to the current fiber migration. As soon as the migration is completed, we need to enter the fiber order through the new system so that a new fiber box with a fiber ID can be built again as well. We will check this regularly and get back to you. 

       

      You can pick up the MagentaZuhause Schnellstart ( LTE router) at the T-shop 👍🏽. If this does not work, please contact us again here.

      Yes, today before lunch I received my code for the optical socket and completed the modem registration. The status lamp on it now lights up green.

      I'm really pleased that the connection has now been activated 😊 When the modem lights up green, the Internet connection is active. The router must then be connected to the fiber optic modem once. If no connection is established, there is probably a configuration problem.
