Hi! I'm sorry, I only speak English. Our apartment already has a Glasfaser Dose installed in it. We got our router today. We have the appointment tomorrow for someone to hook up the fiber, but I assume we dont need that because we already have a box? We tried to connect the box to the router ourselves, and the router has WLAN but no wifi. We've checked the instruction book and apparently I shouldve gotten an email with a registration link. Do we have to wait until the worker comes (despite him needing to do nothing), or is there anything we can do??

Hi! The technician came and stated that he needed access to the cellar. Since we don't rent a cellar from our landlord, and we aren't sure if what he was looking for was in the parking garage, there wasn't much we could do. What should we do from here?
Edit for clarity: A member of support told us to wait for the activation email. Does the technician have to come by for us to get that email? Our router still says that we have WLAN, so does the technician need to visit. Thank you :)
