Since morning no internet. Glasfase Modem has yellow light whereas Fritxbox 7590 has green light

    Hello @Dhawal 

     

    If the ONT lights up orange, the glass fiber is interrupted. Is there a technician appointment for Monday? Then unfortunately you have to wait until Monday. Do you have a backup solution? Cellular data volume?

    Unfortunately I use Winsim which has very less data and I cant ordered additional data. Is there any option available?
