No internet connection, Glassfaser-modem blinking

Hallo, sorry...my German is not good. I’m hoping someone could possibly help me. My Wlan/internet isn’t connecting since 17uhr. It was working this morning before I went to work. The “Glassfaser-modem” just keeps on blinking. I did the reset several times, unplug the devices, power on/off...but unfortunately, nothing actually worked. Please help. Thanks in advance.

your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your cellular phone number (“Rückrufnummer”)
(unless already done).

Good day. My internet problem has just been solved. A very helpful technician came today and fixed it. It turned out that a cable was damaged.

red mean, ther is no connection to the OLT - the Fiber is broken
