No internet - yellow LED blinking

Hi, I just came back from holidays and when turning on the speedport router the middle light keeps on blinking on yellow. Displays an error on the cable, which is not correct. Wifi seems to be on (icon appears on devices) but it doesn't really work. Please advise

Hi, I connected the laptop to the router via Etherned yesterday, this is the error that gave when troubleshooting. I got a new cable but the error persists, so I guess I need a specialist to fix this. Please inform on how to proceed @Belana M. @Fadi A.

As discussed, there is a line interruption somewhere that the technician has to fix 👍🏽 He will take care of it tomorrow, between 8 - 12 am.
Please give us feedback after the technician's appointment 🙂

I checked your ticket, and the technician documented that they fixed a faulty connection at the grey box on the street. According to my system, you are back online. I hope this has solved your issue. 😊
