No internet for 2 days already

Hello,
Yesterday's morning (26.08.24) my DSL connection stopped working. I have reported the issue using Telekom website -> Störung, and there are still no updates. Yesterday it was saying something about Training which I have spotted on the router logs, today it simply cannot connect.
It is not the first long disconnect. In the end of July it lasted 7-8 hours but luckily happend in the evening. I am working from home, and it is very annoying that the problem is still not fixed because I have to go to the office which is pretty far away.
Yes, I have already checked all the cables.
Yes, I have restarted the router multiple times
Yes, I have left it off for 10-15 minutes.
No, I do not have another router and I do not aee the reason why I should buy another one knowing that the issue is likely on Telekom's side (below).
The diagnostics says that the last 200 meters of the line are good, so I need to contact my service provide to check the rest of the line
Some info:
- Location: Munich
- Connection type: DSL
- HW: FRITZ!box 7530 OS version 7.59 (updated on 24.08.24).
Apologies, I do not speak German to maintain good enough verbal communication, so I would prefer to continue using any written channels (this forum topic or pm).
