No internet on fritzbox

Hello, I turned off my router when I was away. Now I turned it back on but no internet connection. The light on the power dsl Button keeps blinking but there’s no internet on all my devices. I have restarted the router several times. Is there a way to fix this?

@Qwajo Welcome on Board.
Suggest you first check status of internetconnection via GUI fritz.box or 192.168.178.1
Or geht 0800 330 1000 to check the line

I did check my fritzbox connection but there’s no internet available there

@Qwajo does your Line at least get into sync (Just failing ppoe Session or is IT totally dead?

Thanks for your help. I contacted the Telekom FragMagenta and they helped me fix it. There was an issue with configuration settings. It’s working now after technician restarted it and it restarted my router.
