Fritzbox connected but no internet
Hello!
I just finish setting up my fritzbox 7430 after resetting it to the factory settings as I had forgotten the portal password. Upon setup everything seemed to be working fine, I got a message telling me the internet connection was successful. However, when I run the diagnostic function, the internet seems to not be working and I have no connection to other websites outside fritz.box.
Any help?

The DNS server you are getting (37.50.8.60) is one that redirects any hostname to ip.block.dt.de. As far as I know, this DNS is assigned to lines that have been disconnected, e.g. due to unpaid bills.
There have been cases where this blocking DNS was assigned in error (see here for example) and where the situation could be resolved by rebooting the router. So...have you tried turning it off and on again?
If that doesn't help, let's wait for a member of the official support team, maybe they can shed some light into the matter.

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue, but for Fritzbox7590.
The contract belongs to my landlord. How could I resolve the issue?

As this issue is usually due to unpaid bills, you'd need to get your landlord to pay his Telekom bills. Or at least ask him to call Telekom support at 0800/3301000. Since you are not the contract owner, Telecom service will most likely not even talk to you.

Hey there @Irolenzw ,
sadly you weren't available over the phone. I took over for @Inga Kristina J. - Since the contract is not your name, I'd advise you have a chat with your landlord.
Kind regards
Christian H.
