Sorry,I can’t speak German well and yet. But I am in need of help. I couldn’t go to work because i was told the technician will come fix my issue but apparently he didn’t. 

I was able to follow the instructions in setting up the router. Everything was okay but when i tried connecting to the wifi using phone and TV no internet. I will attach pictures. 

please i need help fixing this issue. Thanks
