No internet - yellow LED blinking

Hi, I just came back from holidays and when turning on the speedport router the middle light keeps on blinking on yellow. Displays an error on the cable, which is not correct. Wifi seems to be on (icon appears on devices) but it doesn't really work. Please advise

Dann musst du es untersuchen. Router ist Kundensache , das interessiert die Telekom nicht wirklich, außer der Router ist defekt@sergiogp17

have you restarted the router and checked if all cables are connected correctly?

Yes I have, many times. Buying a new cable tomorrow to confirm if that's the issue, even it doesn't look broken or damaged at all.
The router was provided by Telekom, guess they should take some care at least.
Any hotline for english-speaking users? Vielen dank for your replies guys.

Hi, I connected the laptop to the router via Etherned yesterday, this is the error that gave when troubleshooting. I got a new cable but the error persists, so I guess I need a specialist to fix this. Please inform on how to proceed @Belana M. @Fadi A.

As discussed, there is a line interruption somewhere that the technician has to fix 👍🏽 He will take care of it tomorrow, between 8 - 12 am.
Please give us feedback after the technician's appointment 🙂
