No progress with switching internet provider to Telekom MagentaZuhause for 3+ weeks after ordering

I have ordered a switch of internet provider from Vodafone to Telekom through Check24 on 21.06. So far I've received from Telekom a 'Eingangsbestätigung' email on 21.06 with Internet-Eingangsnummer, another email on 22.06 asking me to confirm my E-mail address, and a SMS on 27.06 telling me that I was expected to be a Telekom customer from 15.07, that Telekom would contact me in good time before this date and I didn't need to do anything else. But 15.07 is almost here and I still haven't received any further communication from Telekom. I don't think I've even received a contract. Where can I find out more about the status of my order, and what can I do to facilitate the fulfillment process? Thank you!

      Common issue with check24.
      Why didn´t you do it the easy way through our normal page?
      This order might laying around at check24 and didn´t go to the telekom systems.
      Else make sure to fill out your profile with a phone number and a time frame when you are best available throughout the day.

      Thanks for your response! I received multiple emails and SMS from Telekom shortly after ordering as explained in my original post, therefore check24 must have passed on my order to Telekom. What's more, Vodafone sent me a 'Kündigungsbestätigung' email on 23.06, so Telekom must have delivered 'Auftrag zum Anbieterwechsel' to them on my behalf. So I really don't see a way for my order on check24 not to have reached Telekom.

      Welcome to our community, and thank you for our friendly conversation.

       

      Your provider advised you of the contract cancellation at the end of term in 2024. Your connection is still operational.

       

      You advised that you have special right of cancellation due to the recent rise in price.
      A provider change order does not execute that right.
      A provider change order advises your provider that you wish to change (implicitly) at the next possible date, as is agreed in their general terms and conditions.
      A provider change date can only be requested by the new provider, i.e. Deutsche Telekom, at the end of the contract.

       

      You need to execute a special right of cancellation (for contract termination prior to the original end of term) by advising your provider in writing (email suffices).
      In your email your reason for premature cancellation must be stated. This could be the recent rise in price or a repeated lack of service, for example a repeated interruption of the connection service you receive.

       

      Since a provider change date was already agreed to, you may ask your provider to notify Deutsche Telekom of 'Terminvorziehung' (to bring the change date closer).
