English Support - No Internet even after 3 weeks

Hello,

 

I recently signed up for Telekom MagentaZuhause DSL connection on 18th Oct and was told that I will get a visit from the technician on the 25th but till now I have no news of when I will get internet. Can anyone help with my situation?

      As I told you, because of lack of resources, the delivery is sadly delayed.
      The technician will be there on Monday. I will update you as agreed on Tuesday.

      Hi @sameer.s,

      sorry for the long delay, we have very few English speaking agents around. Traurig

      As far as I could see, your order was corrected by our order management last week and finalized for wednesday this week.

      The problem was that the booking of the correct line had failed and needed to be done manually. As long as that didn't happen, no assignment was to be set for our field support.
