Not receiving "Glasfaser" contract confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom. The contract was applied via "Logitel"

Hello Telekom Team.

 

Through "Logitel" (online agent), I requested for a "glasfaser 150" contract on 15.04.2025. I still didn't receive contract confirmation email from Telekom. The glasfaser box is already available inside a room in my apartment.

 

The "logitel" portal still shows the status as "under process"

Please help me to get contact confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom.

      Hi.

      Again, a big thank you.

      After above events I finally requested another contract via logitel in 28.04.25 (glasfaser 150).

       The Telekom sent me an Email next day 29.04 that they will keep me update but nothing happened afterwards. I waited for a week before I contact "Telekom Community" here yesterday. Yesterday and today, very friendly and patient employee contacted me on mobile and solved the problem in few minutes on call (there was a technical glitch in contract, therefore, it wad pending in Telekom system).

      After few hours of phone call I successfully received the contract confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom.

      Thank you very much for your efforts and time.

      You guys are just super and very fast. 😊
