Not receiving "Glasfaser" contract confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom. The contract was applied via "Logitel"

Hello Telekom Team.
Through "Logitel" (online agent), I requested for a "glasfaser 150" contract on 15.04.2025. I still didn't receive contract confirmation email from Telekom. The glasfaser box is already available inside a room in my apartment.
The "logitel" portal still shows the status as "under process"
Please help me to get contact confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom.

It can take up to three weeks for the order confirmation from Telekom to arrive.

No big surprise.
Today 18th is public holiday, Saturday/Sunday are no working days, Monday will be public holiday - I would expect a confirmation not before someday next week, also depending on whether this is sent via email or via snail mail

Have you so far received ANYTHING directly from Telekom (e.g. "Eingangsbestätigung")
If not then the issue is probably still with Logitel
