Not receiving "Glasfaser" contract confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom. The contract was applied via "Logitel"

Hello Telekom Team.
Through "Logitel" (online agent), I requested for a "glasfaser 150" contract on 15.04.2025. I still didn't receive contract confirmation email from Telekom. The glasfaser box is already available inside a room in my apartment.
The "logitel" portal still shows the status as "under process"
Please help me to get contact confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom.

It can take up to three weeks for the order confirmation from Telekom to arrive.

No big surprise.
Today 18th is public holiday, Saturday/Sunday are no working days, Monday will be public holiday - I would expect a confirmation not before someday next week, also depending on whether this is sent via email or via snail mail

Have you so far received ANYTHING directly from Telekom (e.g. "Eingangsbestätigung")
If not then the issue is probably still with Logitel

I just tried to call you, but got the note, that person I'm calling is not available. Is the number right? When do you have time for a call and as already mentioned, did you receive any kind of e-mail?

Thank you very much, Telekom, for quick support here and on phone.
The problem was, another stucked old contract from Feb 2025. That contract was also applied through "Logitel", which has been terminated in "Telekom" system within first 14 days but was still NOT terminated in "logitel" system.
I had to terminate that old contract also with "logitel" in written. (Termination, with Telekom only was not enough).
Only after final termination of old contract in "logitel" system another new contract for same address can be processed, as informed by Logitel.
After sending the termination letter to "logitel", It took me 24 to 48 hours to get final written termination from "logitel".
This update is for your information please.

Feel free to reach out to us again if there’s anything we can help you with. Please keep in mind that we can only take action if we receive an order from Logitel. As long as there’s still an order in the system or something needs to be cancelled, we always need a cancellation request directly from the sales partner — otherwise, we’re unable to intervene. Hi.
Again, a big thank you.
After above events I finally requested another contract via logitel in 28.04.25 (glasfaser 150).
The Telekom sent me an Email next day 29.04 that they will keep me update but nothing happened afterwards. I waited for a week before I contact "Telekom Community" here yesterday. Yesterday and today, very friendly and patient employee contacted me on mobile and solved the problem in few minutes on call (there was a technical glitch in contract, therefore, it wad pending in Telekom system).
After few hours of phone call I successfully received the contract confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) from Telekom.
Thank you very much for your efforts and time.
You guys are just super and very fast. 😊
