Only status LED on speedport smart 2: no internet

Hi, unfortunately I don't speak German. So please bear with me . My internet stopped working. Only the status and WLAN LED on my speedport smart 2 router are on. I tried powering it off and on again, used a different phone line in my house and even used a different DSL cable but the problem persists. Is this an hardware issue? Or is there some other issue.

Any help is appreciated. Having an active connection is critical for me since I have important deadlines coming up.

    Do that first and which router/tariff do you have?

    Thank you so much for the prompt reply. The diagnosis link you shared tells me that I am affected by an area disruption. So it is the connection that is the problem and not my hardware. They say it might be repaired by tomorrow morning.
