@MUKHSU00 That is very strange, I know that I placed the order to your address. When I look it up now, it looks like the hardware returned to us because of unknown address. Your name is on the post box?

Es wäre gut, auch mal die Auftragsnummer im Eingangspost zu löschen, die der TE leichtsinnigerweise
gleich mitveröffentlicht hat.

Address is ok. Because I received the sim card on the same address. Looks like they wanted to deliver to someone at home but no one was there. That could be the reason. Because I received the sim card letter from my post box. Hardware was not possible to deliver inside the box. Is there any tracking id? Can you please schedule it Saturday(13/12) onwards.

Thanks again for your patience and the nice call. As discussed: If you need an installation for the devices at home, there would be needed to options, that are "Installation Netzwerk" and "Persönliche Installation 2.0". Each one is about 89,95 Euro + the journey of the technician, that would be 49,95 Euro. In total: 229,85 Euro. If you want to try it on own, I'll hyperlink you an installation-video right here. 😊
