Overcharging my invoice

I have seen my invoice online and it contains products and services I did not order or receive. I looked back at my order history and seen that during the past few weeks orders were placed for products with my customer number but a different phone number (unknown to me). I obviously never ordered these things and now have a very high invoice pending. What can be done?

      fill the following fields of your Community Profil für Customer service:

      • Kundennummer (Customer number)
      • Rückruftelefonnummer Handyrufnummer (Callback phone number   Cellphone number)
      • Weitere Informationen (Further information) : in this field you can put the  all the other information you want to give to the service

      The URL will only you bring to the side with the fields: Link.

         

      Do not forget to go to the end oft that side to save all data you put in.

      i have sent now an Information to the Telekom hilft Team (offical Service), that you need help from somebody of them, who can speak with you in english to solve your problem.

      With a Telekom fixed network contract you have at least 3 different phone numbers, possibly/probably you are not so familiar with the two other ones, and I guess that the "unknown to you" number is one of the two. But this would only explain the number curiosity, not the orders themselves. 

      If you place an order this will become a contract when receiving an order confirmation "Auftragsbestätigung" from Telekom. Sometimes per snail mail, mostly as email. Have you checked your email inbox and spam folder?
