incorrect invoice for september month

Hello,

 

I recently got this new internet connection with telekom in the month of August this year.

Please check why my invoice for the month of September is more than the month of August?

I am charged more in September invoice.

    Did you compare pages 2 of both invoices? - I assume, you didn't...😉

    The question`s intention was more about a time range when you can be reached. It might be difficult to impossible for @Sana A. to call you at 11:30 tomorrow.

    Now it is unfortunately already too late for a call.
    But I have looked at your invoice and everything has been charged correctly. On the first invoice, you have received some refunds, that's why the final amount is lower there.
    If necessary, we can still contact you.
    Write us a time frame, when we can reach you best.
