Incorrect invoice for November 2022

Hi,

I have taken a connection for MagentaZuhause M - MagentaTV Netflix in May2022.

I have now received an invoice which is almost the double for the previous months and i am not able to view my contract as well. Can you suggest how i can view my contract and do i need to clear this out only at the store. 

Invoice for the month of Sep2022 is for the correct amount, invoice for Oct2022 is higher than previous month and now Nov2022 is double than Oct invoice. I am not sure how there can be 3 different invoice for a single contract.

    Hello @NOUMAN 

     

    Please read the order confirmation. It will be so, that in the first 6 months it will cost €19.95 (discount for new customers)

    After the 6 months the price rises to over 44€. That is normal.

     

    Your invoice (page 2) also says "ACTION UNTIL..."
