Plötzlich upgrade auf Magenta M ohne Auftrag

Hallo

es wurde plötzlich eine Umstellung von Magenta S auf durchgeführt ohne das jemand etwas beauftragt hat. Kam auch keine Email oder so.

Erste Umstellung im Februar auf Magenta S klappte wunderbar. es kammen auch emails.

Es kam heute ein Brief in dem Stand Auftrag vom 31.07.19 und ausgeführt 5.08.19. -ging aber sehr flott.

Es wird keine schneller Vertag gewünscht. Magenta S reicht vollkommen.

Kann sich das bitte mal jemand anschauen???
