PPPoE fehler (e2)

Hello friends from Telekom.

I received 2 weeks ago a new Speedport router and during the last week the letters for doing the activation, so, I tried to do this several times and today I got the following error: PPPoE fehler (e2)

and nothing happens.

Also 1 thing, I need to return the router from the another provider before friday 02.07

 

I hope that someone could help me with this.

    Sometimes these PPPoE errors can show a temporarily interruption of the connection, but it can also be something that has to be checked by a technician.

    Is the router still offline and the connection disturbed?
