Hallo,

ich habe heute von einen Magenta Mobil Prepaid M in den Aktionstarif Jahrestarif inkl. 5G gewechselt. Beim Wechselvorgang wurde mir das Bonus-Datenvolumen von 3GB pro Monat auch angezeigt.

Nun ist das Guthaben abgebucht, aber ich sehe kein zusätzliches Datenvolumen, es müssten ja jetzt 6GB statt 3 GB pro Monat sein.

Danke für die Hilfe bzw. Lösungen im Voraus !!!
