Hello there,
I urgently need help with invoice and payment and would be very glad if I am helped. I am so not sure about how this system here works and would be glad to explain my case with receipts which I am guessing this space may not allow it. If i am directed with an email to do this straight would be a lot helpful. I have had to try to call the customer service line. But it demands me of a "personliche sprachnummer" which I barely know how to get that. It makes the whole thing a bit frustrating. I would be grateful if this message is treated as a matter with high importance. This would be a great help. Thanks and waiting on a response.

Can you explain, what the issue is with your invoice ? We other customers would be glad to assist especially in explaining the key words.
I noticed you already completed your profile with contact infos so the Telekomhilft-Team should be able to contact you directly.

Standard procedure is that you need to actively fetch/download the invoice from that site
https://kundencenter.telekom.de/kundencenter/rechnung/index.html
Login data... in doubt from the previous lady...
If you scroll down on that site a bit further and if you click on the "expand" arrow then you will get access to a menu item "RechnungOnline per E-Mail" that allows you to get the invoice in addition via email (I have activated that since it relieves me from actively downloading from Kundencenter)

Not having further information about your challenge - a short summary of how this works with a Telekom fixed network contract:
For such a contract you should have a German bank account.
You are required to issue a "SEPA Lastschriftmandat" - usually in the frame of establishing the contract.
For later issues like change of your bank https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/bankdaten
It can happen that Telekom stops fetching money based on the "SEPA Lastschriftmandat" - then you need to issue the payment following the invoice manually.
Please note that you might receive an invoice email with an incredibly high demand that seems to be from Telekom - but it is not. You should be very careful opening any attachment in such email, better do not open it.
