Question

I am moving with my partner. This apartment comes with internet connections. The ports are also used for the same. I checked the possibility of having telekom connection but that is not possible.

Therefore I request to cancel my contract.

Hi&#xa0;@98sumant.kumar&#xa0;,welcome to the Telekom hilft Community!&#xa0;If you move to a different place you have to request a transfer of your Telekom contarct according to  TKG  (Telekommunikationsgesetz = telephone communication law).
