Router delivery status

Hello, when should I expect the ordered router to be delivered for a newly concluded contract? My technician appointment is on Friday but no router has been delivered yet. Is it possible for you to send the DHL shipment code by email so that I could track the delivery status? Thank you!

I got a confirmation for my landline order (I added the order number to my profile information) which only states the date of my technician appointment. However, the confirmation of my receipt clearly states that I have ordered both the MagentaZuhause XL package and a Speedport device. I was led to believe that my router would be delivered 1-2 days before the technician appointment.
