Router delivery status

Hi, 

when should I expect the ordered router to be delivered for a newly concluded contract?  My technician appointment is scheduled for Tuesday next week, but no router has been delivered yet. Could you please send the tracking number by email so I can track the delivery status? Thank you!

      Hi @zanine,

       

      the router will arrive a few days before the connection will be established, so I think from Saturday on.

      You will probably get the tracking number via Mail or SMS anyway. 🙂
